“I am of the opinion that my life belongs to the whole community and as long as I live, it is my privilege to do for it whatever I can”.

A Letter from Our Founder

At the start of COVID-19, as was the case with many Americans, I sat in my home confused about my life in the present and confused about what the future would hold, not only physically (to include wearing masks), but mentally and emotionally as well. COVID-19 was a huge barrier for many; as men, women and even children had no idea how to live life within the comfort of their own homes. There was no access to regular occurrences and this truly had a major impact on life as we know it. Many were sad and even angry, taking those frustrations out on themselves and others around them, while also not understanding where the frustrations came from.

How can Americans (both young and old) help to provide contributions to their physical and mental health? How can Americans learn to understand themselves and things that they may be experiencing? This is where the birth of Protect Your Peace began.

Protect Your Peace, Inc. strives to increase the education and awareness regarding mental health and decrease the negative connotation related to it. We aim to educate others on choosing different outcomes, even in the midst of challenging circumstances. I ask that you join me on my quest, in availing different opportunities for you to Protect Your Peace; it all starts and ends with you.

With Love and Gratitude

“I am of the opinion that my life belongs to the community, and as long as I live, it is my privilege to do whatever I can. I want to be thoroughly used up when I die, for the harder I work, the more I live.”
— George Bernard Shaw
